We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant to join our Caribbean restaurant. As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks to maintain efficient service
- Support culinary staff with various duties as needed
- Help in maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Utilise time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales

Skills:
- Proficiency in basic maths for accurate measurements and portioning
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Experience in restaurant environments is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers

TIMES: 11am - 5pm, 11am - 8pm, 5pm - 10:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 9.00-14.76 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
