Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety protocols. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Handle catering requests and assist with event setups as required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and catering services is advantageous. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Bartending skills are a plus for those interested in beverage service. A proactive approach to helping guests and team members alike.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
