Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
Deliver precise and knowledgeable service, taking orders accurately while accommodating dietary requirements and preferences.
Serve food and beverages with impeccable timing, presentation, and product knowledge reflective of a 2 Rosette standard environment.
Maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in all front-of-house areas.
Work seamlessly with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback and requests with professionalism, discretion, and genuine care.
Support private dining, events, and tasting experiences, upholding the same high service standards across all occasions.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment (Rosette or similar) is highly desirable.
In-depth understanding of food and beverage service standards, including wine, cocktail, and coffee knowledge.
Sound knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and courteously with guests.
A team-oriented individual with a proactive attitude and an eye for detail.
Well-presented, organised, and composed under pressure in a fast-paced service environment.
A genuine desire to learn, develop, and contribute to maintaining the restaurant's award-winning reputation.
