Job Title: Front of House Staff - Martial Arts Gym & Pilates Studio

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and professional Front of House Staff member to join our dynamic team at our Martial Arts Gym and Pilates Studio. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent customer service to our members and visitors. The role includes general front desk duties, customer interaction, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner Manage class check-ins and bookings via our scheduling system Handle enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email Support instructors and management with any administrative needs Ensure the reception and studio areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked Perform regular cleaning duties across the studio and gym space (including equipment and communal areas) Assist with retail or merchandise sales when applicable Monitor studio flow and support with opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Comfortable using scheduling/booking systems (training provided) Flexible availability including evenings and weekends Previous front-of-house, customer service or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
