Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions responsibly, following company procedures. Provide support during catering events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience in catering or barista roles is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
