We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team in a dynamic restaurant environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Assist with seating arrangements and ensure that tables are set up according to standards. Take orders accurately and efficiently, relaying them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Handle cash and card transactions with precision while maintaining a balanced till. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables, bar area, and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous. Experience in bartending or catering is a plus, enhancing your ability to contribute to various aspects of service. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
