We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food safety regulations are adhered to. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle catering requests and assist with event setups as required. Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments accurately. Provide barista services, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Experience in catering or serving roles is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence. Barista experience would be beneficial but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
