Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. Experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is highly desirable, along with a friendly disposition and the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, ensuring tables are set and ready for guests. Support catering events as needed, demonstrating flexibility in various roles within the front of house team.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience as a barista is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong and confident communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is expected.
