Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with catering events, ensuring all requirements are met for successful execution. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest satisfaction. Support food preparation when required, demonstrating knowledge of food safety practices. Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Skills in catering or barista experience will be advantageous. A strong understanding of food safety regulations is essential. Experience in serving or food preparation will be beneficial. A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills is crucial for engaging with guests effectively. Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
