Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff, ensuring all dietary requirements are communicated. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist with bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred, particularly within restaurants or catering settings. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in food preparation or bartending would be advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment are crucial. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key traits we look for in our Front of House Staff.
