Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist in food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Bartend as required, crafting beverages that meet our quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all guest needs are met during special occasions.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Proficiency in food preparation techniques and bartending skills is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to help wherever needed within the team.
