FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER

We are recruiting for a FOH team member for our busy, positive and vibrant tapas restaurant.

We are a family ran business with a reputation for serving up delicious food and excellent customer service. Our mantra at Casa is to serve up tapas and good times only.

We are looking for someone to join our team in preparation of a busy summer season.

As part of the FOH the work will be varied. You will be expected to greet customers as they arrive at the restaurant or bar, take orders, make drinks, give advice on what to choose from the menu, educate the customers on how to order tapas, deal with payments, clean tables and much more...

THE NITTY GRITTY

You'll be expected to work unsociable hours such as late nights and weekends. The working environment can be both brilliant and tough at the same time. Some people will thrive in the busy atmosphere of a restaurant, while the pressure to keep customers happy can be both a challenge and a daunting prospect. You'll also be expected to be on your feet all day, so it's not for those who prefer sitting behind a desk or a slower paced role.

If you're a people person, you'll enjoy this job as you'll be dealing with customers all day - although some will be difficult and will test your patience. The best team members can keep calm and collected while sorting out the problem.
