Awarded one of the Top 100 restaurants in the UK for the last 3 years we are looking for front of house team members to continue and build on our reputation for tasty tapas, spectacular service and being the place to eat in Bude!

Day to day Duties will include:

Greeting customers and provide excellent customer service Taking customer orders, offering recommendations and upsales at the table. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front end area Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services Assist with resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient front end operations Working behind the bar, making drinks including cocktails and coffee. Running the pass & communicating with both front of house and back of house Plating desserts
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred. Bar training also preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation and food safety practices is a plus
- Familiarity with operating cash registers and handling cash transactions is desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
