Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is exceptional. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to customer service, with experience in catering, serving, and food preparation.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Support barista duties if required, preparing coffee and other beverages to the highest standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience in catering or serving roles will be an advantage. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills, including barista experience if applicable. Pay: 12.21-12.58 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
