Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including assisting with food preparation, catering services, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Provide excellent hospitality by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to customer queries Support bartending duties as required, ensuring a well-stocked bar area. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth operation during busy periods. Assist with catering events, providing support in both setup and service as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly rapport with customers.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Experience in bartending or catering services would be an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting. A passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others enjoy their dining experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.03 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
