Front of House Server (Part-Time) - The Bear, Tattenhall

We're seeking an attentive, confident, and service-driven Front of House Server to join our team at The Bear in Tattenhall - a well-regarded, independent restaurant and bar with a focus on quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experience.

, ideally suited to someone who brings natural warmth to service, takes pride in their work, and has the intuition to anticipate guests' needs without being asked. We're looking for someone self-motivated, enjoys learning about food and drink, and thrives in a professional yet relaxed hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering high standards of service during lunch and dinner service Maintaining strong attention to detail across all aspects of the guest journey Developing a solid understanding of our food, drinks, and specials Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth, efficient service Building rapport with guests and delivering an experience that feels both polished and personal

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a guest-facing role, ideally in a restaurant or gastro-pub setting A natural ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and warmly A proactive, can-do approach and the ability to work well under pressure Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn quickly A high level of personal initiative and pride in professional presentation
