We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting with food and beverage service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and positive first impression.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices during food preparation and service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
