Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including waiting on tables, serving customers, bartending, working a barista coffee machine, using POS system to take payments, all while adhering to food safety standards. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring all items are prepared according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent service at the bar, including mixing drinks and serving beverages to customers. Support catering operations by setting up and breaking down events as needed. Using a barista coffee machine to prepare hot drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and bar counters. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for positive resolutions.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous. Experience in bartending or catering will be considered a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are key attributes for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week
