Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, includingcatering, and bartending, contributing to a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly attitude. Take and process orders accurately while providing menu recommendations. Prepare beverages and cocktails as required, showcasing bartending skills. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction. Support catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Skills in food preparation, catering, and bartending are advantageous. A solid understanding of food safety practices is required. Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential traits for success in this role. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
