Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the establishment and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering, food preparation, hospitality, bartending, or related fields is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
