Responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages, including bartending duties as required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery during busy periods. Support catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects are executed smoothly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Bartending experience is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition are essential for this role. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A strong team player who can also work independently when necessary.
