We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team in our AA rosette restaurant. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their experience is memorable. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality. Duties

Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, adhering to all safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and bar areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction. Uphold food safety standards at all times during food handling and service. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring seamless service throughout the occasion.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred, particularly in restaurant settings. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and a willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.
