Front Of House Staff
Job Description
Front of house staff required for The Hook fish and chip shop located on Dyffryn Seaside estate.
Duties include - Taking and serving food and drink orders at tables and take away counter, serving customers in a polite and efficient manner, and end ensuring the service areas are kept clean and tidy. No experience necessary as fully training can be given.
During the off season, opening times will be weekends only. In the main holiday season, public and school holidays the shop will be open 7 days a week. Therefore, flexibility in working hours is essential.
Earliest start time is 08.30 and latest finish is 21.00.
The role is expected to start as soon as possible.

Strong customer service and hospitality skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic food preparation knowledge Experience in restaurant settings is a plus, but not required Understanding of food safety practices Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the front of house team

Pay: 12.25 per hour
