Front Of House Staff
Job Description
Fishers in Leith are looking for enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our front of house team.
This is a temporary position available until the end of September 2025.

As a member of our Front of House team, you will be ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Greeting and seating guests
Taking orders and serving food and beverages
Providing menu recommendations and answering questions
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role such as in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferable.
A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
