Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering queries, and addressing any concerns promptly. Support food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Assist in catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Handle payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues in their roles.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Experience in bartending is a plus, with an understanding of various beverages and cocktails. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining high standards of service. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others create enjoyable experiences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
