We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your role will play a key part in delivering the Moss message of 100% Scottish Farm to Table dining. Regular working hours will be Friday and Saturday dinner services with potential to expand.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all dietary requirements are noted and accommodated.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in a fine dining environment is essential .
Experience in fast paced, small restaurants is an advantage.
Knowledge of wine and and beverages is an advantage..
Familiarity with food safety standards is essential to maintain a safe dining environment.
