We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their experience is exceptional from start to finish. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Manage the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle catering requests and assist with event setups as needed. Provide bartending services, including preparing beverages and managing the bar area. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. A team player who can also work independently when required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
