Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Manage catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Support barista operations by preparing coffee and other beverages as required.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in catering services is an advantage, showcasing your ability to manage events effectively. Familiarity with food preparation techniques will be beneficial in supporting kitchen operations. Barista experience is a plus, allowing you to contribute to our beverage service.
