We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for taking care of our guests needs in a sales based role.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Take and process orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness. Prepare drinks Participate in functions, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
We have a range of part time roles available- please note that flexible weekend availability is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 15 per week
