Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your role will encompass various responsibilities that contribute to the overall dining experience, making it memorable and enjoyable for all patrons.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Assist in catering events when required, contributing to successful operations outside regular hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with an ability to work well within a team. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
