Job Summary

We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team at a bustling new bar in the populat and thriving Magdalen Road in St Leonard's Exeter. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service.

Duties

- Greet customers with a warm welcome as they enter the restaurant

- Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the front end area

- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations

Experience

Required Skills:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role

- Knowledge of food safety practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Background in catering or hospitality

- Bartending experience

- Basic food preparation knowledge
