Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and bar counters. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction. Support catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects of service meet our high standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred, particularly within restaurants or catering environments. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Bartending experience is an advantage, with the ability to craft a variety of beverages. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and contributing positively to the team dynamic.

Pay: 11.00-13.00 per hour
