We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team at Amuse Bouche, a chic cocktail land wine bar with a buzzing event space upstairs The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly first impression.
Confident running the floor and working the bar.
Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all customer preferences are noted.
Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions as needed.
Support catering events as required, assisting with setup and breakdown.
Assist with bartending duties when necessary, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
Experience
Previous experience in a fast paced bar is essential.
Familiarity with food safety practices.
A background in hospitality or customer service will be beneficial.
Skills in food preparation or bartending are mandatory.
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.
