Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, creating an enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process orders accurately, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle catering requests and special events as required. Provide support in barista duties, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Strong catering skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly disposition. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Barista experience is a plus, with an ability to create quality beverages. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-15.65 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
