Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with the highest standards of hospitality. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Support catering events as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience. Uphold the restaurant's standards for quality service and presentation at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience as a barista or in catering is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
