Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service. Your role will involve a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall dining experience, from greeting guests to assisting with food preparation and catering needs.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Provide support during catering events, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experience. Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times, reflecting the values of our establishment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help others is crucial for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 11.44-13.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
