to join our welcoming restaurant and events team.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone who:

Has

prior experience working in a busy restaurant and events

environment Understands how to create a warm, professional first impression for every guest Is confident handling bookings, waitlists, and table management Works well under pressure while staying friendly and attentive Communicates clearly and works well as part of a fast-paced team Is passionate about customer service and takes pride in their work

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Greeting and seating guests with warmth and efficiency Managing reservations and walk-ins using our booking system Supporting the flow of service and liaising with kitchen and bar staff Handling guest enquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally Maintaining cleanliness and high standards throughout the front-of-house area

Previous restaurant experience is essential

Expected hours: 32 - 45 per week
