Job Description

We are looking for a friendly new face to join our front of house team.

We are really passionate about delivering a high level of service in both the restaurant and bar so we are looking for an experienced person who shares the same enthusiasm!

You must be

flexible

, and looking to work at least

25 hours a week

. Experience in restaurant is preferred however not essential as long as you have the right attitude to learn and an enthusiastic personality.

This position is for over 18's only.



You must be able to work well as a team and enjoy the buzz of a busy bar and restaurant environment.

Rates of pay dependant on experience.

Responsibilities



Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Adhere to food safety standards while handling and serving food to customers. Utilize hospitality skills to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests. Demonstrate time management by efficiently multitasking between serving customers and assisting in food preparation. Apply upselling techniques to promote additional menu items and enhance the overall dining experience.
