Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with experience in food safety, food preparation, and catering.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food delivery. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Provide support during catering events, assisting with setup and breakdown as required. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team player who is willing to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Experience in bartending or catering is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
