We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring smooth operations at the front of the house.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively. Provide menu information, take orders, and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all aspects of service meet our high standards. Support bartending duties when necessary, including preparing drinks and managing the bar area.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour. Team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed across various roles including bartending and food preparation. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.00-12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 50 per week
