We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Assist with seating arrangements and ensure guests are comfortable. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide information about menu items, including specials and dietary options. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly. Support bartending staff during busy periods by assisting with drink preparation as needed. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a catering, restaurant, or hospitality role is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Experience in food preparation or bartending is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour
