We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will play a crucial part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they enter the venue, providing a warm and friendly first impression. Assist with seating arrangements and ensure that tables are set up according to restaurant standards. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Support food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Assist with catering events when required, ensuring that all aspects of service meet our high standards. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing guests with receipts as necessary.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in roles involving food preparation or bartending. Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to engage effectively with guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player mentality with a willingness to help colleagues wherever needed. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
