Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Assist with food preparation as required, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle catering requests and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, floors, and service stations. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential Skills in catering, serving, and food preparation are advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Barista experience would be beneficial for those working in establishments serving coffee or specialty drinks. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
