Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and have experience in restaurant settings, food preparation, or catering.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Assist with seating arrangements and ensure guests are comfortable. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation and service. Help with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Support bartending duties when required, ensuring compliance with licensing laws.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Experience in catering or bartending is a plus but not mandatory.
