Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively. Ensure the front of house area is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times. Cover other shifts as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience in catering or serving roles is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
