Are you experienced in providing a high quality, professional reception and administration service to clients , therapists and other visitors.
We are looking for a front of house person who will act as the first point of call for clients contacting the hub and to portray the hub in the highest possible professional basis. You will ensure that enquiries from clients and therapists are efficiently and courteously handled. In addition to this you will be responsible for daily tasks that are essential to the efficient operation of the hub.
You are required to work on a rotating shift pattern hours between 8am-8pm , Monday to Sunday
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The post-holder will work as part of the Towards Team in the hub. Working closely with the head of operations and Hub senior Therapist the postholder will:
Open and close the hub.
Effectively manage the reception area to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hub
Setting up rooms for Sessions happening that day.
Handle inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails
Following up requests for sessions
Assist with booking/rescheduling of sessions
Administrative responsibilities necessary to ensure smooth running of the hub and Towards services
Be a key contact for Therapists, clients and rota team,
To observe safe working practices, with respect to health and safety procedures, confidentiality and computer security.
Contribute to delivering a safe and effective service by keeping Hub clean and tidy
WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY TO DAY
Effectively manage the reception area and the Towards Hub.
Look after all visitors coming into the Towards Hub.
Make sure all people coming and going have a good experience of the Hub
Manage administrative tasks assigned to you as required

You will report directly to the Operations Manager
