Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a high standard of service. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in their dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including catering, serving, and food preparation.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in catering or barista roles is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
