Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner, striving for guest satisfaction. Support catering events as required, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly. Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong skills in catering and serving are highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Barista experience is a plus for those interested in coffee preparation and service. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are crucial for success in this role.
