Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service standards. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Ensure that food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and serving. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables, waiting areas, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Skills in food preparation are an advantage. Bartending experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training can be provided. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour towards guests and team members alike. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to help colleagues when needed and contribute positively to the work environment.

This is a temporary work contract starting from 16/12/2025 to 16/01/2025.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
