We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with experience in catering or restaurant environments. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting with food preparation and bartending as needed.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when necessary.
Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety regulations.
Assist in the preparation of food items as required, ensuring high standards of hygiene are maintained.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and bar areas.
Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hospitality or catering role is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
Experience in food preparation or bartending is an advantage but not mandatory.
